The only information in my possession regarding J.L.H. Gignac is that he graduated RHC Depot with #130 Squad in September 1962. No mention of RHC in his obit below.

GIGNAC, Harvey - Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Kingston General Hospital on Saturday, May 5, 2012 in his 70th year. Loving husband of 46 years to Rosemarie. Cherished father of Marion Beeksma (Chris), Peter (Tammy) and David. Proud grandpa of Carmen, Daniel, Adrian, Corina, Tamara, Shane, Abby and Grace. Dear brother of Theresa (Gaston), Ray (Paulette) and Linda (Peter). Harvey is survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son, Harvey (1993). Harvey served thirty-two and a half years with The Royal Canadian Regiment (VRI) and served for five years with the Brockville Rifles. Visitation will be held at James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Boulevard) on Friday, May 11, 2012 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 11:00am. Reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre of S.E. Ontario) in Harvey's memory would be appreciated by the family.
