PATTERSON, Gerald Alexander “Gerry” – age 82, Berwick, Kings Co., passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2016, in Soldier’s Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Berwick, he was a son of the late James H. and Ethel B. (Alcorn) Patterson. Gerry had been a proud member of the Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada. He retired after 35 years at Larsen Packers Ltd., Berwick. Gerry was an active member and past master of Valley Lodge No. 90, A.F & A.M., Berwick, holding many offices over the years. He was a member of Philae Temple Shriners as well as other concordant masonic bodies. Surviving are his wife, Madelyn (Bent); daughter, Kim (Alex) Stevenson, Quinan; son, Jim Patterson, Grafton; grandson, Alex (Megan) Patterson and great grandson, Grey, of McKinney, Texas; sisters, Patsy (Zygmund) Domaratzki and Wendy (Jon) Davison, both of Truro; brother, Reginald (the late Sherald) Patterson, Berwick; several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A private interment will take place in Berwick Cemetery, at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., toll free 1 (855) 825-3448. On-line guest book may be signed by visiting:
