In doing research on post WW2 Black Watch casualties, I came across the names of Cpl. Vernon J. Perkin and Pte. Walter E. Mason.
Cpl. Perkin died in 1965 in Viet Nam while serving with the International Commission for Supervision and Control (ICSC).
The Veterans Affairs Virtual Memorial lists Pte. Mason as dying in 1969, but does not provide details as to the circumstances of his death.
Can any members of the Black Watch community provide further information on these two soldiers.
