Just recieved the above book for my birth day from my son and family.I recommend to every one to read same as it brings back old memorys and is very well written

I am sure there are other members of this regiment who's family members of the men in this photo and don't have anything on their relative and that they might appreciate having this photo. Also someone out there might be able to tell me some more about them. I hope. My uncle Charles Dalton, pictured here in this photo, has a daughter he never met,she was a baby when he was away. He died. She would like to know something about her father.

This is about as big as I can post it. And while we cannot do this for all pictures, this one will help beef up the history and help others. Hint - if you "Right click" on it and choose View image, you will see a bigger version.

If this photo is dealing with the reg force units (1st & 2nd bns) you can scan it or have it scanned at 300 dpi and send it to me via email. If this is the case contact the webmaster and he will give you my email address as he doesn't like email addresses or phone numbers displayed on this means. I am in contact with many ex reg force members who may be able to help in identifying people in your photo. You can use this reference when contacting the webmaster.

The picture was posted on Sunday. See my posting in this thread. For communication amongst members of the board, I set up the Private Messaging or PM system. You will see it beside the login section. In there you may trade any information (e-mail, etc) you require between each other. Finally, if someone wants t post their e-mail, they can do so, but with our caution as it opens the door for unwanted communications.
