Camping facilities at reunion 2011. 14 Years, 4 Months ago  
I know the AGM is coming up soon in New Glasgow and I hope that there will be some discussion on the camping facilities at CFB Aldershot for the next reunion in 2011. Parking us on the parade square in 2009 wasn't quite the stuff the regiment is made of. Let's get things settled early so that we in far away land can make other arrangements if need be. I use to love camping up in the pines but perhaps those days are gone. Plan early.

Right on Ted. Last year all who were in Hotels left early Sunday morning.
We used to have one heck of a lot of people at the corn boil and this past one was down by quite a few. Those of that stayed still had a great time although the weather sure took a dip. Reguardless of were we will be camping for 2011 my better half and I will still be there.

Forgot to mention that I did have plans to go to the next meeting but I will be going to New York for the Memorial for 9-11 to pay my respects. It will be my first time.

I guess you all know by now that it's back on the square again. It was announced in the last news letter. Sure would be nice to get back to the camp grounds. Don't know what the problem is not letting us on as we sured made sure all was fine when we left.
