Annual Inspection

When: 1100 hrs (please be seated by 1045 hrs)

Where: The Armoury

Dress: Military: DEU 1A; Civilian: Business attire with medals

Show your support for today’s Black Watch cadets at the 55th Annual Inspection. The Guest of Honour will be former Black Watch cadet Colonel Patrick N. Kelly, CD. The parade will also be the last Annual Inspection for the current CO, Captain Victor Knowlton, who will be retiring from the CF in the fall.

Meet ‘n Greet

When: 1900 – 0100 hrs

Where: Officers’ Mess, The Armoury

Cost: $25 cash or cheque at the door. All profits go to the cadet Corps’ Uniform Fund.

Dress: Business casual. No jeans, T-shirts or sneakers please.

Come renew old acquaintances, meet other former Black Watch cadets, and chat with the current members of the cadet Corps staff. Admission price includes hot Montreal-style smoked meat sandwiches plus all the trimmings, prepared in front of you by Schwartz’s Deli; dessert; and coffee and tea. A cash bar will be available. Cadet Corps and Regimental kit shop items will be available for sale.

Church Service

When: 1100 hrs (please be seated by 1045 hrs)

Where: The Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul, corner of Sherbrooke and Redpath Streets, Montreal (Métro: Guy-Concordia)

Dress: Military: DEU 1A; Civilian: Business attire with medals

Remember all those Church Parades? Remember the Black Watch stained glass window, and all the former Colours that hang from the walls? Take this opportunity to re-visit our Regimental Church and participate in the Sunday morning worship service. A freewill offering will be collected during the worship service.
