HATFIELD, P.P. (Paddy) 10 Years, 10 Months ago  
Black Watch and RCR Friends:

Regret to report the recent passing of Paddy Hatfield in Comox, BC last month.

Paddy graduated RHC Depot with 95 Squad in September 1959 and remained with the Regiment until he re-badged in 1970. He served with 2nd Battalion in Fort St. Louis in the 60’s and two tours of Cyprus with the battalion in 66 and 69. He remained in Gagetown with 2RCR for a short period before being posted to 3 Mech Commando in Germany from 1972 until 1977. While in Germany he re-mustered to Intelligence Branch.

Patrick "Paddy" Hatfield

HATFIELD, Patrick "Paddy" Master Warrant Officer (Ret'd) A resident of Glacier View Lodge passed away on Monday, December 9th, 2013. He is survived and will be missed by his wife Rose; sons George and Robert; grandson Christopher, daughter-in-law Karen; brother Leonard and sister Florence. A Celebration of "Paddy's" Life will be held on Monday, December 16th, 2013 at 10AM at Courtenay Legion Branch 17, 367 Cliffe Avenue. Should friends wish, donations in his memory to Glacier View Lodge would be appreciated.
