Regret to report the passing of Charlie Hollett earlier this week in Cambridge, Ontario.
Charlie served with 2nd Battalion RHC throughout the 1960s in Gagetown, Germany and Cyprus.

HOLLETT, Charles Edgar
Passed away, with family by his side on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 in Cambridge at the age of 72. He will forever be remembered by his wife and two daughters. Charles was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces in Canada and overseas for more than 20 years earning various medals. After his retirement from the military, he worked for the Ministry of Corrections with a recognition medal for exemplary service of 20 years. His family is proud that he was a lifelong volunteer and received many awards for different charities and organizations including the militia, the Canadian Red Cross, and the R.C.M.P. in B.C.
He was a member of the Masonics for more than 40 years.
Relatives and friends will be received on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge from. The Masonic service for members will be held from 1:00 – 1:30 and visitation will be 1:30- 3:00 pm. A short service will follow at 3:00 p.m.
