Black Watch friends:
Regret to report the passing of Joe Melanson on Monday.
Joe served with 2RHC in Gagetown, West Germany (1961-‘65) and Cyprus (1966). Don’t know when he left the CAF but he appears to have had a successful post-military career with Correctional Service Canada.
