Regret to notify you of death of Bob Warnock on 6 December in British Columbia.
Bob enrolled in 1942 at age 17. During WW II he served in the UK, France, Belgium and the Netherlands and remained with the Occupation Forces until 1946.
He re-enrolled in 1950. His regimental service included service wth 2 CHB, the Depot, and 1 RHC in Aldershot, Germany, and Oromocto (CQMS, CSM A Coy, and DSM). He was posted to the RCS of I in 1962 and later to I Staff Newfoundland, NB Area, and finally to the Combat Arms School. Bob retired in 1978 in the rank of CWO.

Robert Charles Warnock
WARNOCK, Robert Charles Passed away peacefully on December 6, 2010 at the age of 85. Bob was born on September 10, 1925 in London, England. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Ali, three children Clark (Eva), Diana and Tom (Isabelle); nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Bob retired after 25 years of service from the Black Watch as an RSM. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 2 pm at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 4725 Falaise Drive. 612125
