Due to an unanticipated duty assignment, Colonel Patrick Kelly will be out of the country at the end of this month, and so will be unable to inspect the Cadet Corps on May 30.
The Reviewing Officer will now be
Major Christopher Phare, Officer Commanding B Company, The Black Watch (RHR) of Canada, and a former BW Cadet RSM. The parade will also be the last Annual Inspection for the current CO, Captain Victor Knowlton, who will be retiring from the CF later this year.
A Change of Command ceremony between Captain Knowlton and the incoming CO, Captain Charles Tawa, will take place immediately following the Annual inspection.
