Good Morning All:

Our Honorary Colonel, Lieutenant-General Duncan A. McAlpine, CMM, CD, and our Commanding Officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Thomas MacKay, CD are pleased to announce the appointment of Lieutenant-Colonel Daniel O'Connor, CD as the Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel of the Black Watch (RHR) of Canada with immediate effect.

We are certain that all extend our heartiest congratulations and best wishes to Lieutenant-Colonel O'Connor as he assumes this mantel in providing guidance and support to the Regiment in the years ahead.
