Black Watch friends:

Regret to report the passing of J. Herbert Boudreau on 13 February 2023 in Digby, N.S.
Herb graduated from RHC Depot in 1958 and was posted to our Second Battalion, The Black Watch RHC in Camp Gagetown after which he served with 2RHC in Germany and Cyprus (1967 – C Coy and 1969/70 – A Coy).

HERBERT'S OBITUARY

BOUDREAU, Herbert – Age 84, of Grosses Coques, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023, in Digby General Hospital. Born in Concession, he was a son of the late Medric and Norma (O’Neil) Boudreau.
Herbert served 25 years with the Canadian Forces. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting and making woven baskets.
He is survived by his wife, Rose; sons, Eric (Carol Gardner), Wayne (Charmaine Decoste), Mike (Nadine); brother, Ronnie; sister, Dale Ling; grandchildren, Joey, Spencer, Andrew, Martine; and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his brother, Victor.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Meteghan Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at a later date in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Church Point.
Donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia and Canadian Cancer Society Nova Scotia Division.
